Traditional Primary Care
Client Ask: To develop new promotional materials for use with General Practitioners.
Tall Order Deliverables: New materials were developed, PAAB approved and produced. Added value was provided through two communication pieces (Implementation Sheet and Trail Guide) that provided clarity and direction to the sales force and could be used for training purposes.
Results: The Product Manager reduced their workload significantly by having to only approve all items and not having to review references, manage dockets, deal with internal and external communications and logistics.
Specialty Care
Client Ask: To support the needs of a new specialty sales force being added on the brand.
Tall Order Deliverables: All sales aids (PAAB approvals included), communications, training materials as well as the facilitation of the training sessions.
Results: New sales force up and running effectively and increasing sales in their specific target groups within the specific timelines requested. Product Manager, though consulted throughout the project, did not have to manage any of the details and could continue to focus their attention to the larger segment of the business for their brand.
